Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a neurological condition like Parkinson’s disease, working on balance and fall prevention, or rehabilitating an orthopedic injury, Dr. Patel brings over 10 years of patient-centered rehabilitation experience — including advanced certification as a Board-Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist (GCS) and LSVT BIG® training for movement disorders.

We combine hands-on rehabilitation with coordinated care planning — your physical therapy progress, medication effects, and recovery goals are tracked as one plan with your primary care physician, not managed in isolation.
